Brynn is from Boston, Massachusetts and will be serving as an intern in the Dominican Republic this summer. She is a rising senior at the University of Maryland studying Public Health Science and is a member of the university’s Peace Corps Prep program. She is pursuing a career that reflects her identity, rooted in faith and service.
From her first service and learning trip to Tanzania in 2015 to her most recent mission trip to El Negrito, Argentina in the spring of 2023, Brynn’s passion for service, advocacy, and justice for vulnerable communities has continued to intensify. She first visited Kids Alive’s schools and residential homes in the Dominican Republic in 2020, and after being invited to apply for an internship position this summer, she instantly felt God encouraging her pursuit of vocation through this opportunity.
Brynn will serve from May to the end of July, helping team members organize the medical information of the children the organization serves. She loves to build relationships in new communities, striving to spread the love of the Lord with each interaction. Brynn is so excited about the opportunity to be a part of faith-based work, and she would appreciate prayer and support as she prepares to embark on this journey!
