Kaela Precourt is from Boulder, Colorado. She received an MA in Educational Psychology from the University of Colorado and has worked as an educator since 2001.

She moved to Constanza, Dominican Republic in 2012 to work at the Kids Alive school. Kaela recently shifted roles and is working as the Trauma Care Coordinator. She is excited to continue watching God work in the lives of kids in the Dominican Republic as He heals them of their past trauma, and they are able to grow socially and emotionally.
