Brenda comes from Chesterton, Indiana, a small town just five minutes from Lake Michigan. She has three adult children and nine grandchildren. Having served on three Kids Alive mission trips , twice in Guatemala and once in Kenya, God has given her a heart that longs to help the hurting and abandoned. She also mentors women to help them grow in their relationship with the Lord.

After returning from serving in Kenya this summer, Brenda is excited to step out in faith and serve in Kenya full time. She possesses many administrative skills and has spent over twenty years in the medical field. Now she serves full time in Kenya as a Project Support Specialist and works within the Family Reunification Program in Kenya. Her role includes supporting ongoing projects, meeting logistical needs, and providing administrative assistance to the Kenya Staff.
