In 2013, the Nantou Home was founded in the central Taiwan town of Puli, as a branch of the Onesiphorus Children’s Home. As with the original Home, Nantou is a ministry to care for children who have come from dysfunctional family backgrounds. Here they can experience the love and safety they desperately need while healing from past wounds.
The campus of Nantou Home includes four family-style homes, each designed for sixteen children, with loving house parents. A chapel, staff housing, offices, and facilities for sports and recreation are all part of the way we seek to care holistically for the needs of each child. The Home currently houses 40 children from Kindergarten through high school age, and provides them with love, a quality education, medical care, and nutritious meals. Most importantly, every child hears the good news about the love of Jesus.
