In early 2008, Kids Alive partnered with The Hong Kong Student Aid Society Primary School to launch an after-school academic guidance project for 30 - 40 students who were academically below average. Kids Alive also provided a four-week summer class for these students, consisting of fun activities, studies and religion. Children can attend classes in grades one through six in the project.
Kids Alive was then invited to also help students at the Christian Alliance S Y Y Memorial Primary School in Tin Shui Wai. Students with educational difficulties are now being given academic guidance, snacks and instruction in the Christian faith, along with opportunities to sing hymns and pray.
